PROTOTYPE/R&D

Designed to support engineering groups in developing new products, our Model Shop services include building prototypes as well as providing technical assistance during the research and development phase.

Our goal is to support our customers in reducing both the time and cost to move new products from engineering to manufacturing.

TOOLING

Our tooling function assists our customers in building test stations and manufacturing lines as they prepare to release their products to manufacturing. In-house tooling and fixtures, built by out expert machinists, expedite machining, providing efficient replication of repeat orders.

PRODUCTION

Our production capabilities offer flexibility and responsiveness and efficiency, effectively supporting a wide mix of products and needs. During production cycles, our lean process focus is on set-up time reduction, the eliminiation of waste and continual improvement with the goal of zero defects.

ASSEMBLY KITS

Our assembly kit function allows for delivery management of parts needed frequently and in quantity, meeting just-in-time customer demand. This applies when sets of groups of parts are needed rather than large quantities of one part.
